Music is my passion and it is a joy for me to pass it on: My educational experience and my training allow me to teach music with games and playful methods in order to learn and play with pleasure, and I adapts the pieces and methods according to the level of the students and their ages.

Pianist and musicologist, I have been teaching piano in all styles (classical, jazz, film and popular music) to students of all ages for almost 20 years. The teaching is modern, adapted to each student and combines music theory and instrument. Lessons at home or at the student's home (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Schaerbeek, Saint-Josse, Evere and other neighboring municipalities, occasionally in Walloon Brabant). Classes can be given in French, English or Spanish.

Concernant le contenu du cours je le module en fonction de vos attentes et objectifs. Je lie systématiquement le travail concret de l'instrument ( Classique, Variété ou Jazz ) avec un apprentissage minimal des éléments de base de la pratique musicale en général : théorie de la musique, formation de l'oreille intérieure, développement de la sensibilité harmonique, mélodique et rythmique, solfège etc... Je peux volontiers aborder tout cela plus profondément à la demande de l'élève, c'est passionnant aussi vous verrez ! La première rencontre sera l'occasion de discuter de tout cela, afin de mettre en place un cadre adopté à votre profil (Jeune enfant débutant, adolescent confirmé, adulte en reprise ou autres...) Je considère que l'essentiel est de trouver un bon équilibre entre les exigences de rigueur inévitables pour progresser dans l'apprentissage du piano et le plaisir immédiat de jouer de la musique, qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un si bel instrument ! Un fois trouvé, la joie et la bonne humeur sont garanties !

Hello! My name is Marcos, I am a clarinetist and I live in Brussels. I offer private lessons in person (they can be at your place or mine) or online. I have experience as a teacher for the last few years with children, adults, individual and group classes. Professional or amateur level. Beginners: Start finding the sound of the instrument, where the notes are within all those keys, begin with learning how to read music if you don’t read yet, and find easy and fun songs to play to enjoy the instrument already. I can introduce you to the understanding of basic harmony and theory concepts to help understand better inside music that you are playing. Intermediate: We can get to improve the technique of the instrument, reading skills, get more precision, speed, sound and timing and musical expression. Advance the understanding of harmony, its beauty and its possibilities. If you like to work on improvisation we can get to discover how to enjoy improvising with all the technical tools you already learned in the past and enhance that material according to your taste. If you want to start with playing jazz music I can introduce you to first steps and nice and technically comfortable songs to begin with. Advanced: At an advanced level it’s very important to understand the direction you want to take and what you especially want to improve. However I can help you perfectionate sound and timing, rhythm, vibrato, etc..., work on the accuracy of the reading and at the same time make it sound musical and human. On jazz music and/or improvisation, expand the vocabulary for improvising, the knowledge of harmony, what you can do with the material you know from different perspectives, increase precision and sense of direction when phrasing lines, learn more jazz standards, help on original compositions. And of course share all the better understanding of jazz music I learned during my years in New York City.

I am a professional clarinetist graduated with distinction at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Master Degree in Clarinet) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). Currently I am studying for a Master's Degree in Bass Clarinet, so we can combine both instruments in my lessons. I teach students of all ages and levels. In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes. On top of playing, I can also offer lessons on harmony, form analysis and counterpoint that focus on understanding the structure of music. My lessons will already include many different aspects of the music being taught but there is the option of focusing the theoretical or the practical. i am looking forward to teaching you music!

Dans le cours de contrebasse et guitare basse l'élève apprendra la technique de l'instrument toujours en fonction de la musicalité et de leurs préférences de styles musicaux. Il développera progressivement la conscience corporelle et la concentration à travers l'instrument pour acquérir une liberté technique, mais surtout expressive et une créativité personnelle. Dans le cours de solfège, l'élève apprendra les notions basiques du solfège pour les mettre en pratique avec son instrument.

I'm a private teacher with 2 years of experience. I can teach you piano, music theory, harmony and anything related to classical music. I have completed the Professional Conservatoire in Spain and I can teach in English, Spanish, French and Russian. I can also help with exams preparation.

I offer piano, saxophone and musical language classes for children, teenagers and adults. The classes adapt to the students' work and studies. They are personalized classes, in which we will set a goal and do everything possible to achieve it.

Learning to play the piano is like learning another language, it is the language of the body in harmony with the music. I teach my students to have a musical thought to better understand the technique and I work on body gestures to make it easier to adapt to the instrument. Frederik is a Venezuelan violinist, graduated from the Paris Conservatory with the congratulations of the jury in the class of Larissa Kolos and at the Lausanne High School of Music in the class of the famous violinist Virginie Robilliard. He won first prize in several competitions in Venezuela. He often gives concerts throughout Europe. Trained by the orchestra system of his country, he continued his studies in Master Didactics at the Ecole des Arts de Mons. Frederik has worked as a teacher in several academies in Switzerland, France and Belgium
